All dancing characters:
As the Adult Supervisor at the North Pole, there's no sugar coating it--you'll have your hands full. You will be in charge of all of the young staff members at the North Pole. Full instructions and information will be received from the CE Staffing team at (702) 994-7796 and Alivia at (702) 672-1048.
Adult elf supervisor:
santa:
You are the first Santa sighting that the train gets! Everyone will be so happy to see you! All you have to do is stand in position (see video) and wave at the train.
We want you to have fun. However, there are a few rules you need to remember at this scene:
1. The MOST IMPORTANT, #1 rule you need to know: DO NOT GO NEAR THE TRAIN. Do NOT climb on the train, do NOT hold onto the train, do NOT walk directly beside or behind the train. You are required to stay AT LEAST 20 FEET away from the train AT ALL TIMES.
If you violate any of the train rules, you will be sent home and will not be allowed back, period. The train is a ginormous and dangerous machine. Don't risk getting hurt, it's not worth it.
2. Listen to the Adult Supervisor and the Head Elf. They are in charge and will report all mischief and bad behavior.
3. Go IN THE ELF HOUSE when you see a train coming so you can be IN POSITION when the train arrives at the scene before yours.
4. Do not do anything inappropriate or mean. Don't hit, punch, or fight. Don't throw rock, dirt, snow, or any other item at others. Be kind and respectful to the other elves and characters.
5. Don't join in any other scenes. You might be tempted to jump in on another scene when the train is there. You might want to "just once" hide in the background or pretend to blend in at another scene. My advice--Don't! Stick to your scene when the train is around. You're there for a reason, so have fun with your own job! If you jump into another scene while the train is there, you will mess up the experience for those on the train.
6. Don't move the objects in the scene. If you have an idea and want additional props, run it by Alivia (702)672-1048 first.
7. Don’t stop acting until the train is totally out of view–until you 100% know that the passengers can’t see you anymore. If they see you stop acting before you’re out of sight, it takes away the magic.
