Your role:
The Hot Cocoa Team is like the well oiled engine of the Christmas Express. Tucked behind the food barn, you will be pouring, stirring, and transferring large tubs of steaming hot cocoa to different locations throughout the party. Come prepared to be busy and attentive, and of course, have fun! Report to the hot cocoa area behind the food barn and specific instructions will be given there.
You should come dressed in warm clothes, prepared to be outdoors for the entirety of the night. Warm pants, closed-toe shoes, a coat, etc.
You might spill hot cocoa on your clothes, so don't wear anything you really love.

when to arrive:
Please arrive at the ranch by 4:30am
Please be in position by 5:00pm
Please arrive at the ranch by 10:00am
Early food prep will go from 10:00am-??:00pm.
